The hotel has a nice building and a convenient location near Market Street. It is also close to local eateries like McDonald's, Rutter's, Subway, and Arby's. For tea or coffee, Janina's Fine Desserts is nearby.

Very friendly and accommodating staff

Rooms are stocked with a hand-written note from the Housekeeper, refrigerator, and microwave. Great location near Alpacas of York. Excellent food options in the area. Wonderful restaurant within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel

The staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating. I greatly enjoyed my stocked room. The breakfast was good with powdered eggs and frozen pork sausage patty.

The room was nicely furnished and well-stocked with a mini kitchenette. The overall experience was great.

The hotel was easy to find with ample parking on multiple levels. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. The breakfast had multiple choices and the cooked items were well prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Location of room to the lobby. They did not have much selection for breakfast, but we heated a cinnamon roll in the room. It was delicious.

Poor offerings for breakfast. We killed two giant spiders in the bathroom at different times so we slept with the lights on. We found a cap to a beer bottle on the floor when we walked on it barefooted. Not a very clean room. This was just not the best experience for the price.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was sufficient and offered a quick fill before heading out for the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing assistance with luggage and ensuring a warm welcome upon arrival. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and a few shops within walking distance.

The housekeeping service was subpar, with our sheets never being changed despite requesting a thorough room cleaning. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible dust along the molding and a microwave covered in goo.

The room that I occupied smelled like wet dog. Also the ceiling in the bathroom had mold growing on it.

They need more lowfat and vegan choices

On the last day we were there we had a late check out. The cleaning lady barged into our room with out knocking or announcing herself. And then she proceeded to say no we didn't. I told her to check the front desk.

I had decent days staying at this great budget hotel. I truly enjoyed the property, everything was excellent here. The hotel's location was convenient and marvellous, on a hill with a market and stores within walking distance. Super-friendly staff members provided a few recommendations.

Clean rooms with helpful staff. Limited vegetarian options for breakfast, but the microwave and fridge in each room are useful. Convenient location for nearby venues. No unpleasant smells, and comfortable beds. Good service overall.

Secured the rate a week in advance with credit card. When I checked in the rate was increased. I will never stay at your hotel again!

Nothing that can be changed, but in the winter this location can be tricky due to the steep hills to get out of the property.

It's a fairly clean and well-kept hotel. The breakfasts are good with frozen pork sausage patty, great Cinnamon cake, powdered eggs. The staff is efficient, attentive.
