absolutley dissapointing stay! I told them I expected better, but they just ignored me. our room had rough towels, and the carpet was filthy! I almost gave a good review until I realized they didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted an upgrade. total waste!

However, it would be nice if there were more laundry facilities available, as there can be a wait for the washers at busy times.
